Time and Materials Service

If a Hardware Service Agreement isn't for you, our standard Time and Materials Service is available. This is an hourly rate plus the cost of parts and travel.

Bench Service

You don't need an appointment to deliver your computer equipment to our store. Our in house staff can handle your service needs at our Service Depot inside our storefront

Maintenance Agreement

Protect your Servers, PC's, printers, and peripherals with an OnSite Hardware Service Agreement. Let us worry about your uptime while you tend to your core business. Parts, Labor, and Travel are all included.

Block Hours

Block hours are prepaid segments of support time which offer you savings over the standard "pay as you go" services. Block Hour Agreements allow for predictable management of IT support costs.
